My stay at the resort was quite frustrating overall. While the facilities like the pools and activities were decent, the service was severely lacking, leading to a disappointing experience. The food was also hit or miss, with slow service during meals. The rooms had potential but fell short in terms of comfort and amenities, making this resort not worth the money spent.

The resort has a beautiful setting, and I appreciated the well-maintained swimming pools and the free meals included in the package. However, the overall experience was heavily marred by the disrespectful front desk staff and the inflexible management regarding RCI member services. The rooms were relatively small and had a gloomy vibe, which made it uncomfortable at times. Definitely not the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.

My partner and I had an amazing six-day stay that was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The food was absolutely outstanding every single time, which is often a letdown at resorts. The service was top-notch, and we appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our room. On the downside, we did encounter a typhoon during our visit, which caused some power outages but the staff managed the situation impressively. Overall, it was a fantastic experience despite the weather.

Unfortunately, the service was rude and felt discriminatory, especially for RCI members like myself. I found the location okay, but the dining experience did not meet my expectations. Overall, it was not worth the price, and I feel I won’t be returning.
